With a full diploma in esthetics since 2016, she specializes in body waxing, brow shaping, and a wide range of result-focused facial services—from rejuvenating microneedling to luxurious, stress-melting facials. Kristen’s approach blends technique and tranquility, helping clients feel both cared for and confident in their skin.

Our aesthetic nurse and Kristen’s sister, became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2021 and specialized in medical aesthetics in 2022. Her passion lies in helping clients who are navigating complex skin concerns—acne, rosacea, dermatitis, and more. With her medical background and dedication to natural, holistic solutions, Joclyne is committed to addressing the root cause of skin issues rather than simply covering them up. She’s also expanding her expertise into natural remedies for hair loss, continuing to push the boundaries of what’s possible in skin and scalp health.

Our warm and welcoming client coordinator—and proud mother to both Kristen and Joclyne—is the heart of Chapman & Dow. She’s often the first voice you’ll hear and the first person to guide you on your journey with us. With unmatched kindness and care, Elaine ensures each client feels seen, heard, and truly supported from the very beginning. Behind the scenes, she also handles our inventory management, bookkeeping, and day-to-day behind the scene administrative duties, keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.
