Return policy
You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your package. In order for your items to be eligible for a return or refund, they must not show any signs of use and must be in their original packaging.
You can start the return process by contacting our customer service at the email address provided at the end of these terms and conditions.
Return cost
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we will not be held responsible for lost returns.
Package damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, immediately take a photo as proof of the package and its contents. Then send the photo along with your order number to the customer service email address mentioned at the end of these policies so that our customer service team can find a solution for you.
Please note that you must do this within 24 hours of receiving the package, otherwise your claim will be considered invalid.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know by email. If a refund is issued, you can expect your refund within approximately 10 business days using the same payment method you used to place the order on our store.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment service provider.
