New clients can select between the options listed under First Time Clients on our booking page. If you are interested in just a skin care routine analysis and not a treatment, you are welcome to book a virtual consultation or inperson consultation at the clinic. You may also benefit from this option if you'd like to schedule your treatment at a later date.

It's essential for us to review your intake forms, get to know your skin concerns, and find the right products and treatments for you.

No, you do not need to attend the First Time Client Consultation + Treatment if you are not wanting a treatment plan or professional review of products. 

Often times we have clients come in who were gifted a treatment, you may want to treat yourself, or you want to simply experience a facial. Although our main focus is results, we also love treating those who are wanting to simply treat themselves.

We do require you to complete all intake and consent forms, as we still need to be sure we are using appropriate tools and products.

You must create a Jane account before you can use it to book appointments.

You have to purchase these products directly through us, they are not available to purchase online due to DMK company policy which we are bound to. 

DMK products require direct supervision of purchase and routine building due to their high percentage of active and specific formulations, therefore it cannot be sold online.
